It started in 2014 with the idea to hold it annually - - and it has been a success!!! Held in Des Moines, everyone is welcome to attend. Enjoy reuniting with those oldtimer musicians, or listen to them once again take the stage to perform (they can sit and enjoy the show OR sign in to perform on stage). Fans - - musicians - - ALL are welcome to this fun event!! Held at the American Legion Hall in south Des Moines, food can be purchased there. Sally Mountain Park Bluegrass Festival

The 30th Annual Sally Mountain Park Bluegrass Festival will take place June 29th - July 3rd, 2016, at the Sally Mountain Park located 3 miles west of Queen City, Missouri on Rt. W. Entertainment will include Rhonda Vincent & The Rage, The Grascals, Russell Moore & 111rd Tyme Out, Nothin’ Fancy, Darrell Webb Band, The
Vincent Brothers, Zink & Company and the Baker Family. There will be workshops for banjo, guitar, fiddle, dobra, vocals and mandolin.

Exline Family’s Gander Opry

The 2016 dates for the 30th Annual Exline Family Gander Opry will be June 10th, July 8th and August 12th, all at 7:00 p.m. The pre-show jam starts at 5:00 p.m. with dinner being catered by Derrick Wray’s Box Car ($6.00 BBQ meals). The Opry takes place 2 ½ miles est of Centerville, Iowa, on Highway 2 then two miles north on T-14 then turn right at the Gander Opry sign. Admission is free, donations are welcome, and everyone’s welcome (bring
your friends and your lawn chairs)!
